Rihanna : Fined $47K For Skipping Deposition

Rihanna just pulled a Lindsay Lohan. No, not torpedoing her own career with felony charges and crippling addiction. Just flaking on a lawsuit deposition.

The superstar's ex-accountants have been trying to depose her for a long time. Rihanna claims they mismanaged her money and owe her millions.

The accountants say Rihanna's at fault, and that she's been blowing off the deposition repeatedly, costing them massive sums in attorneys' fees.

As a result, the firm asked the judge to punish the star. The judge agreed, fining Rihanna a not-so-small amount of $47,050 for their legal bills.

On top of that, Rihanna was ordered to sit for a deposition once and for all August 28. If she doesn't show up, he might dismiss her claim altogether.

Question is whether she's too busy taking Rihanna nude photos to care.

Yeah..!! It's a BOY : Kate Middleton Gives Birth to Royal Baby

The royal baby is here! The royal baby is here!

After many weeks of keeping the masses waiting on pins and needles and keeping us guessing as to her due date, Kate Middleton has given birth.

She and Prince William have welcomed a baby boy!

A royal aide just announced the joyful news moments ago with a proclamation signed by the doctors who delivered the little HRH Prince of Cambridge!

Well, not SO little. His weight (8 pounds, 6 ounces) and the time of its birth (4:24 p.m.) were confirmed, along with the gender, via press release.

An official gun salute in London's Hyde Park is expected shortly, and the bells of St Paul’s Cathedral are already ringing in honor of the future King.

Ever since Kate went into labor early Monday morning, Royal Baby Watch 2013 reached a fever pitch outside London's St. Mary's Hospital and worldwide.

Now that it's over, it's finally cause for celebration.

Kate Middleton and Prince William did not find out the gender beforehand, setting off a national guessing game (and online betting frenzy) for months.

They kept all facets of her pregnancy as private and low-key as possible.

When Kate and William did finally arrive at the hospital this morning, they did it their way, with no fanfare, no sirens and not even a police escort.

Just a dark Range Rover and a shiny new Audi nosing their way calmly through the traffic-free streets of London after dawn, cagily evading the media.

William has been by his wife’s side all week as they moved from Kate's parents house to Kensington Palace, just a mile from the hospital, last weekend.

Queen Elizabeth II now has three living heirs: Prince Charles, her eldest son, William, his eldest son, and the first-born son of William and Kate.

And, Her Majesty gets to go on holiday without missing this now. Phew!

Charles said: "Both my wife and I are overjoyed at the arrival of my first grandchild. It is an incredibly special moment for William and Catherine."

"We are so thrilled for them on the birth of their baby boy," he adds. "We are eagerly looking forward to seeing the baby in the near future."

Miley Cyrus on Lesbian Rumors: Thank You!

Miley Cyrus has a message for the haters: I won.

But she also has a second message: find a new way to insult me.

In the wake of Miley's short haircut, many have wondered whether the singer is a lesbian, a subject Cyrus touched on this week during a chat with The Toronto Sin.

"Being a lesbian isn't a bad thing," Miley says. "So if you think I look like I'm a lesbian, I'm not offended. You can call me much worse. I've been called much worse. Being a lesbian is a compliment more than what else they call me."

Cyrus also wonders how critics call her out for being a tom boy now that her locks have been shortened, considering she was ranked this year's at Maxim's #1 Hottie.

"It wasn’t about me being the sexiest," she says. "It was about the fans voting. But it’s something I loved. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Maxim cover with a girl with short hair.”

Cyrus is coming out with a new album this fall and going on tour in 2014.

She has remained quiet on the details surrounding those professional endeavors, but she has released a snippet of her next single, "Wrecking Ball." Give it a listen in the above video.

Kate Upton Topless Horse Photo: Uncensored Or Fake?

Last month, a viral video surfaced of Kate Upton topless on a horse.

If you're a straight male, you likely heard about this development.

Johnny Depp return to a land of make-believe as the Mad Hatter in an Alice in Wonderland sequel.

Fresh off the heels of a flop with The Lone Ranger, Johnny Depp is in talks to return to a land of make-believe as the Mad Hatter in an Alice in Wonderland sequel.

That's right, those eyebrows are coming back!

Tim Burton, however, will not be returning to the franchise.

Instead, director James Bobin has been slated to helm the project. Will he keep a look that was very much of a Tim Burton variety? Remains to be seen.

Will the sequel come close to the original in terms of box office success?

That will be a most interesting storyline to follow. The first Alice in Wonderland did amazingly well for a movie that wasn't very well received by the critics, nor did word of mouth do it much good. Yet, it brought in over a billion dollars in its run.

It seems as if Disney is keen on sticking with Depp despite the poor performance of The Lone Ranger. Not only is Alice in Wonderland getting a sequel, but Depp's benchmark series, Pirates of the Caribbean is scheduled for its fifth incarnation. Fifth!

I cannot wait to see if Captain Jack Sparrow beats Union Cane or not.
