In Queen Elizabeth's Garden Party - Kate Middleton, Baby Bump Look Lovely in Yellow

Kate Middleton was the bright spot - literally - at Queen Elizabeth II's annual summer garden party today, donning a lemon-yellow coat dress and fascinator.

The seven-months-pregnant Duchess of Cambridge stood out in the crowd of other guests, who clamored for a glimpse of her growing baby bump:

As Kate Middleton baby bump watchers know, it's really popped in recent weeks, and the Duchess always seems to look radiant with her style.

She appeared to be in great spirits as she mingled with her father-in-law, Prince Charles, and wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, at the occasion.

All eyes were on the royal mom-to-be as she made her way around the affair, smiling and chatting with other seasonally, festively outfitted partygoers.

Among the 8,000 invitees were Olympians, Paralympians, and officials from London 2012. Over 270,000 cups of tea were served at the event!

After the playing of the national anthem at 4 p.m., members of the royal family split up to greet guests, each taking different routes through the grounds.

As Kate Middleton fashion statements go, it was another win at the event, which she attended for the first time as Prince William's wife in 2012.

The Queen's garden party is the pregnant Duchess' first official public engagement in quite some time; she has been lying low in recent weeks.

Some of that time has been spent taking cooking classes from her housekeeper, Antonella Fresolone, who's teaching the nesting Kate new recipes.

The Duchess has also been devouring parenting books.

"She is fascinated by the life growing inside her, and she is full of questions," a family source said. "Kate really engages with children. She's a natural."

"She's going to be a great mum."

We have absolutely no doubt about that, and can't wait to meet the new arrival, which is supposedly set to be born on July 13 or thereabouts.

Justin Bieber : "Take Some Time"

Justin Bieber has sent out a cryptic, mysterious Tweet that has left fans wondering and worrying.

"Gonna take some time," the singer wrote this evening, adding nothing to the message and not updating his account since.

It's safe to assume, of course, that Bieber is reacting to the last night's reception at the Billboard Music Awards, where he was audibly booed while accepting a trophy.

The 19-year old appeared taken aback by the rude greeting, standing silently for a period of time before saying he deserved to be "taken seriously."

Justin also performed two songs at the event and was spotted kissing Selena Gomez backstage.

His apparent social media silence now comes after months of controversial actions, from pot smoking to speeding to arguing with his neighbor to taking his shirt off at random times.

Let's all hope the young man figures thing out and let's all give him the space he needs to do so.

But it's what inside this magazine that ought to have fans salivating, as the singer talks at length about her time as the girlfriend of Justin Bieber.

Referring to the relationship as "crazy and intense," Selena says it was often "uncomfortable" because everyone knew their business. However...

"Justin and I never really focused on the attention. You can't help who you date. So I wouldn't swear off that or say that's what I want again."

It's unclear when this interview was given, of course, meaning Gomez may have spoken to the publication prior to her trip to Norway and rumored reconciliation with Bieber.

The star also touched on "Love Will Remember," a single on her new album that's all about Bieber:

"That's the most personal track on the record, for sure. I think it's a sweet way of releasing it. It's not an aggressive approach to what people are probably expecting," she says, adding of Justin: "I'm sure he'll love it too."

The pregnant Kate Middleton is reportedly feeling great these days, despite her early morning sickness, and could not be more excited to be a mom.

She has not, however, decided what she will name the royal heir(ess).

"They are keeping everything to themselves. The Duke and Duchess take their privacy very seriously. They are not speaking to anyone about private matters."

And while Middleton is obviously getting closer and closer to her July 3 due date (approximately) a source tells E! that "Kate is feeling great."

"She's continuing to feel much better as time goes on."

"Naturally, she's very excited about being a mum."

And making the necessary preparations apparently.
